Building on Family Strengths conference

We recently attended the 14th annual "Building on Family Strengths conference in Portland, OR. This conference presents research in support of children and their families. At that conference we presented two papers. one of them is entitled: "Exploring the Meaning of Mental Health Recovery/Resiliency in Children and Adolescents: A Multi-Method Approach" (the power point presentation can be found in: http://www.outcomesmhcd.com/). We received very valuable feedback on some of our ideas that we are more than ready to explore in the very near future. Among them, it is the idea of a more thorough integration of some of the concepts we have gathered through our qualitative study with the concepts of Wraparound and Systems of care. We would love to hear what other members of the Child and Family Community on Mental Health have to say about that topic or other topics related to Children's resiliency/recovery in Mental Health.
